1. What should we enter for the State Lic./ID? NYSBUA
2. What should we enter for the local chapter affiliation? Genesee Valley
3. When and how will we get the answers so the Chapters can go over with their members? At Annual Test Day Meeting
4. How will the Chapter get your test score? NYSBUA will send scores to Chapter Presidents
5. Will you provide which questions were missed or only the final score? Each Chapter shall receive both
