Summer Baseball Schedule Process

Scheduling Procedure

1. Leagues/Coaches are to turn in a full league schedule prior to May 15th 
2. Games added after cut date will fall under rescheduled procedures
3. All assignments are to be sent to (  assignor@gvua.com  )

Cancellation  Procedure

1. Leagues/Coaches must contact assigned Umpires directly to cancel
2. Umpires will be called minimum 1 ½  hours prior to game time (no charge)
3. Leagues/Coaches must send a notice ASAP to (  assignor@gvua.com  )

Rescheduling Procedures

1. All Rescheduled contest will be assessed a fee
2. All Games rescheduled w/in 48 hours of game time is assessed fee
3. All rescheduled assignments are to be sent to (  assignor@gvua.com  )

Rain Out Procedures

1. All updated Umpire assignments are posted daily at ( www.gvua.com )
2. Umpires will be called minimum 1 ½  hours prior to game time (no charge)
3. If game has been cancelled & umpire not informed, full game fee is charged
4. If the game field is unplayable before start, $15.00 fee each umpire
5. If game starts, then is called, a full game fee is paid to each umpire

Payment of Officials

1. Leagues will be billed by GVUA on the 1^st of each month
2. All Payments are due on the 15^th of the following month
3. Payment not received prior to the 1^st of the following month -10% interest
4. All league Payments should be made to the GVUA
