Minutes for Meeting of March 18, 2018

                                   Held at LeRoy American Legion

Meeting commenced at  10:09 AM

Move to approve minutes from meeting of 2-4-2018. Augello 1st / Pacino 2nd

1.    Committee Reports

a)    Banquet (Stave Wells) To be held Thursday, 2018 .Email will be sent out in July for your confirmation

b)    Fundraiser (Ken Boldt) Tickets are due by April 30^th.

c)    Nomination (Terri Burch) Next election is Spring 2019.

2.    Procedures and Forms:                       

a)    Disqualifications:  Once a player/coach is DQ'ed a form must be filled out on time (within 24 hours) Updated Form w/ all contact is posted online

b)   Communication  Partners must communicate with respect to Who will drive and where you will meet. If meeting at site what parking lot.Who will be Base/plate what you will wear – Shirt and under uniform.  No Long sleeves exposed underneath uniforms

c)    Schedule and summer schedules addressed. Darien Lakes tournament (4 weekends) starts last week in May - then there will be opportunity to work softball.  Little League will start End of April/Early May.

3.    Assignments:

a)    Will be emailed out by Monday the 19th

b)    Turn Backs must be completed by Thursday 22nd at noon

4.    Test:  Test sheets collected, ALL questions were addressed & reviewed

5. Adjournament:  1st T. Burch / 2nd Pierce
