Minutes Executive Board Meeting 3/12/07

·        Attendees:  Tepedino, Raftery, Charboneau, Pegoni, Pitcher

·        Update agenda for the Test meeting.  Ryan

·        Formal election procedure was waived in 2005. Membership decided to keep the same slate of officers for the two year term at the 1^st business meeting of the year. Nominations & elections will be held in 2007.  Ryan to add to agenda.

·        Fingerprinting forms will be sent in May 07

·        Executive Session – 5:45pm
